One cast and you’ll be hooked to char fishing
Published: 2013-03-22
The east Ungava Bay is the place where fish tales come true and the “big one” is a cast away. Land only one big 10, 12 or 15 pound char and you’ll understand what the most combative salmonidae is capable.
The Baudoncourt is the perfect place to catch big arctic char. In August the river pools are full of big silvery char and in September it’s time to fish for the big red ones.
Reserve your fishing trip before March 31st save up to 250$ and maybe more!

Looking for a companion to backpack the Torngats?
Published: 2013-03-18
I’m a male, Australian based backpacker/hiker looking for companions to hike through the Torngats with in August 2013. Planning to hike for about 3 weeks but am flexible about trip length. I would plan on picking up a food drop about every 7 days to keep pack weights manageable. I am a competent map and compass navigator with considerable off-track hiking experience around the world……northern Canada, Greenland, Norway, Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Himalayas and Europe. You will find me to be friendly, reliable, considerate, and intelligent.
You will be an experienced off-track hiker used to remote locations with similar personality traits.
